In order of most liked dimension: 1. Responsiveness & Value - the clarity and straight forwardness in Daniel's response was appreciated. The job itself was simple (replacing a dual AFCI GFCI circuit breaker-washer connected) but I was looking for someone who quoted me a reasonable price and he didn't seem to respond with irritation or judgement to my back and forth. A lot of service providers start thinking, 'you have such a small job that will earn me low $s but you ask so many questions around pricing and what the job entails'. 2. Professionalism and punctuality - Daniel ensured he replied to my messages promptly and scheduled a licensed tech-Jorge (from his team) at the earliest slot possible. Jorge was here at the discussed time-was great at sharing his thoughts as he replaced the faulty CB with a good one. 3. Work quality - since the job was pretty straight forward I cannot fully talk about quality. I must add though that the work done was thorough (Jorge tested all circuit breakers while he was here to ensure there was no other faulty CBs that was waiting to trip later). Overall-happy with the communication, pricing, reasonable demeanor and work.

Rates are different from new construction to remodel, open walls attics, distance of the job size of biulding. I have a good system where pricing is always fair.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talk to customer get information about the project perform an estimate, and then work on the job while keeping the customer up to date in every step of the way.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
master electrician in tx , electronics technician,electrician school, high voltage electrician diploma
