I personally have a background as a Certified Athletic Trainer (sports medicine). This degree has increased my knowledge of the human body, musculature, injuries, and flexibility concerns. An hour with practical power might just be the best hour of your day! Personal training with Clare truly is personal. She listens to her clients and understands their individual needs and goals. She designs and modifies programs that help each trainee achieve those goals in a safe and motiving environment. Practical power consistently offers a variety of exercises so youll never get bored as you find fitness success that you never thought possible!

Clare is a knowledgeable professional who finds out your goals beforehand. Her background allows her to address any health concerns, prior injuries, etc. She makes her kick boxing class fun and inviting. She practices what she preaches and she listens to your individual needs to maximize your time and energy. I'm so happy to have a workout that I enjoy doing and it works all my muscles. The hour goes super quick and I look forward to learning all the moves she teaches. DEFINITELY would recommend her class or personal training. You won't be disappointed.

When you find a personal trainer who is a stickler for form and has a tremendous knowledge of body mechanics, you keep with them.Working out isn't just about lifting heavy weights. It's about doing it safely and effectively so you avoid injury, and Clare does just that! I especially like the way she incorporates bodyweight exercises into the workout regimen.

Clare is awesome and has been working miracles on me. I’m so happy with her. I’m slowly feeling better ... but better for me instead of killing me... very supportive and can always count on her. I’m really getting the best workout ever... in the gym was never this good. I highly recommend her. 10 stars from me

A session with Clare will leave you tired, possibly sore but definitely stonger. I'm a 45 yr old mom to a 5 yr old. I need to stay healthy, energetic and be able to carry my kid and bags like a pack mule. Clare has created workouts for me that build my strength, endurance and target my problem areas. She switches the program up so I don't get bored, always keeps an eye on my form so I don't suffer injury and makes sure I get the most out of each rep. She has also taught me some MMA and self defense moves for my job (I'm a realtor). I truly believe that I get my money's worth and more with each session and I'm lucky to have such a skilled trainer.
