Wolfes Mechanical Services was highly professional. They were super friendly and showed up on time which is something I really liked. They replaced my indoor and outdoor unit and they're price was very reasonable. I will definitely be calling them again for all of my HVAC needs.

Poor customer service. I had to text and call numerous times to settle on a date. They came looked at issue for what seemed like an hour to an hour and a half. It seemed as if they were really trying to figure out the issue. This gave me comfort because it seemed they were really trying to get it right so that the issue would be resolved. They diagnosed the issue, but kept giving me a ball park figure and that figure changed each time we spoke to confirm a time. They came back to fix the job, which required cutting into drywall. Once it was cut, within a few minutes he comes to me and says that the project was, according to him, impossible. I still had to pay him about a third of the cost of the final job. he said he would speak to a friend about other options. He assured me that I should close the drywall because there was no way to fix the issue through the access point he cut. He promised to get back to me when he spoke to his expert friend. I never heard back from him.
I had to hire a drywall guy to close the wall. I later spoke to another ac specialist and showed him the pictures I took of Wolfe's job, including the drywall hole and what Wolfe concluded made the job impossible. He informed that the fix would have been extremely simple. I now have to pay him to do the job, including recutting into wall and repay a drywall guy to fix the drywall afterwards.

Showed up as scheduled....found an extra problem and I was willing to give them the job; I had to initiate the call for this job, and was not kept in the loop for re-scheduling; seemed a burden on them for scheduling a time to do this job;.....customer service skills need refining; Do they want work?
