Introduction: I am a dedicated movement teacher that meets you where you are! I am a registered yoga & meditation teacher, but I truly believe that it's most important to find a type of movement that makes you FEEL good above all else. I meet all students where they are and with what they want to accomplish and feel like to build an easy and sustainable practice.
I chose to be a wellness teacher because I find every aspect of movement fascinating - both in the body when we dance or run, to the movements in the mind as we sit still and work through the mental challenges of life. And of course, I find it inspiring to see how different every person is with what what works for them, so even the process of meeting new people is enjoyable.
