* Resolve customer problems regarding PC hardware and software installations
* Determine diagnostic solutions for viruses, adware and spyware removal
* Analyze and repair printer problems
* Repair damaged tablets, iPads, and iPhones
* Recovering passwords on locked computers, tablets, iPhones and iPads
* Home or office networking support and setup
* Install and configure PC operating systems
* Custom build computers to fit customer's needs
