- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge flat fees instead of hourly rates. We feel that works best for our clients. You are aware of the fees from the beginning so there's no surprises. If additional work is required, we discuss those fees before we begin the work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a free initial consultation. During this consultation we discuss your needs, our plan for achieving the results you desire and the fee for our services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 20 years of experience in the accounting and tax industry. In our industry there is required annual continuing education classes that must be taken in order to satisfy the federal requirements.
