Introduction: Hi my name is Aaron, I am a personal trainer for one of the most popular fitness chains in USA. I hold a Bachelor degree in Exercise science. My fitness journey started long time ago when my basketball coach introduced me to weight training for the first time. I have been researching and practicing different techniques and using variety of exercises in my workout routines ever since. Sports and physical activities in general mean the world to me, it's my biggest passion and inspiration and something I can't live without. That's why I'm willing to share that passion and enthusiasm with other people and help them reaching their personal goals while we are working together as a team.
