I have remodeled everything from condos to large residential homes. I enjoy helping clients maintain their biggest investment: their home. I also enjoy doing most of the work myself. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Price quotes are based on industry standards and price averages for customer zip codes. Online quotes are generated based on information that the customer provides. If an online quote is accepted, it will be verified at the property where work is to be provided. No project will begin until the customer accepts the quote and prices will not change once work has begun. For projects over $500, I only ask for a 25% deposit. Remainder due when work is complete.

Always provide free estimates and upfront pricing.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Restoring a 1903 farmhouse from the basement to the roof. Once I saw the complete transformation, I knew I wanted to do this type of work for others.
