The guys were really nice young men. However, they were unprepared for the move I needed. After I confirmed they had moved a pool table before. They had a truck & trailer. No tools, padding, wrap or anything. After confirming they would come back on Saturday with more help to complete the job with both me and the owners that I had to get the table from, they text me and said in order for them to come out with more people I had to pay more money. In business, you were unprepared so it is unprofessional to confirm then charge me more for services that you chose not to be prepared for. I am sure they will be great with home jobs etc but my experienced completely sucked. I booked some other guys Skinny Wimp Movers and they were completely prepared for the same price. They had everything they needed when they showed up and showed up on time.

First off the guys were very mannered and worked efficiently. The major downside is they arrived late.. then left early to go do another job. Not to mention expected full payment. Only took one load and when asked to do another they want to bump up the price. I really feel gimped for my money and if they only had took one more load it would have been dandy! But now I am stuck behind schedule and having call off work because I haven't finished moving!
