- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The first meeting is optional for 30minutes or 60minutes. Each hour long session is my hourly rate. If a client wants to purchase 3 or 5 sessions then they save $15. Additional, hourly pricing is for leadership assessment tools including psychological tests.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first meeting is for 30 to 60 minutes and we discuss their current situation. Then I offer customized options based on what is needed and wanted that includes a discounted package of 3 or 5 meetings. I offer some various psychological assessments that may help the client realize how they lead others and lead their own lives. We then talk about type of client meeting that works best--phone, emails, skype, google hangout and get moving forward! I passionately believe that a client knows what is best in terms of frequency of meetings or just one meeting and I respect their choice.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have two master degrees. One Master of Arts in Psychology that includes a focus on clinical psychology and human development. My expertise in using various assessments allow me to offer my clients alternative innovative insights into how they make decisions and how they lead others and themselves. I also have a Master of Education in Social Justice Education. This specialized training offers clients balanced perspectives on challenges of working with others across differences such as generation, ability, gender, sexual orientation, class, and race/ethnicity.
