- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Architectural projects are all unique with different needs, goals, jurisdictions. I usually don't quote a price until I understand the scope of work required and can reasonably estimate the effort it will require to execute.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended Washington State University in Pullman, Washington, where I received a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies, a Bachelor of Architecture (5 year professional degree) and an Honors Certificate from the Honors College. After completing significant certified work experience, I passed the Architectural Registration Exam and received my Architectural License in Oregon. Shortly afterword, I also received a registration with the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) I am also a LEED Accredited Professional with knowledge and experience in sustainability and recently received my Architectural License in Washington.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Over my career I have worked with many different customers including home owners, small business owners, international corporations, contractors, entrepreneurs, developers, real estate brokers, and others. Where we meet is at their needs for a built solution. I work with all types of people with many different motivations, desires, tastes, concerns, and problems to solve.
