- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I can provide a flat rate for weekly or monthly services, or an hourly rate. Work is typically done onsite at your location during the initial changes and set-up and then telecommuting can take place at a lower cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Identifying your needs and wants, then working with your staff to understand their challenges. I review all available accounting system reports with a walk thru of how your business works from the time a customer calls to the delivery of your product or service and all that it takes in-between to get paid timely and to pay your bills timely.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 20 years as a CFO/Controller/VP of Admin experience. Most of my early freelance years my clients begged me to stay as an employee which I did in the case of Selectron, Emmert International and Parrott Creek Child & Family Services. Other clients such as HR Northwest I declined their offer of employment, but continued to provide them excellence in service.
