Introduction: KCG Consulting provides small business owners the input and support they need to stay on top of their operations and performance. Together we will improve your financial literacy, set goals, build value, and make sure your business is working for YOU. My specialty is working with owners who want a path toward a successful exit, whether that is 2 years or 10 years in the future. I am also a trained Co-Active coach, and provide this service to owners and employees alike as a stand-alone service, or as an adjunct to a consulting relationship. I really enjoy the passion and energy of my clients! And I recognize first hand the very real issue of burnout that most owners face as they work nonstop in their own operation. I love to see the shift as these talented people develop their skills in management and strategic planning, and are able to step away from the day-to-day tasks in order to build their business. Along the way there is inevitably some soul-searching and realignment as my clients discover new confidence and satisfaction in their businesses and their lives.
