- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our most common piano entertainment package includes: 4 hours of nonstop all request dueling pianos Two digital baby grand pianos Professional Drummer (and his drums) Professional Sound and Stage Lighting Request Slips and pencils Wireless mic (for announcement, speeches, toasts, and we like to Rap) MC Services Consulting We also offer solo lounge or jazz piano during your cocktail/dinner hour. Package pricing varies based on the date, venue, distance, travel costs, time of year, locations, and services desired. We book and travel performers from all over the country. Contact us directly for a detailed quote for your event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Setup a phone call with us and we will discuss your event, or fill out our Hire a Hobbit form on our website. We can also email you the form. Once we have that info we send you a detailed quote and sample contract for your event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
It all started with years and years of eating, drinking, and being merry. We also managed to obtain classical and jazz performance / composition music degrees. Most of the Dueling Hobbits performers had already been performing for numerous years as professional gigging musicians before embarking on their dueling pianos adventures. We here at Dueling Hobbits Productions love crowd participation and interaction, but our primary focus is on supreme musicianship and quality in our performances.
