- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is job specific as well as how much labor intensive the task will be ... I do not have a so to speak standard price because the same task in one application may be with no obstacles and straight forward, opposite of this the same task different location may require me to hang upside down and have to climb over a mountain to get on the other side of the wall ... so it just depends and most generally I am less expensive than my competitors... when you hire me ... you are not just getting service that’s top notch .... your getting security , a piece of mind and most of all a no worry, pick up the phone and call at any time lifeline ...I take calls of all type at all hours of the day and night ! And will jump into action if the need is that pressing no matter the time of day or night
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I am able to meet my clients in person or through the app ... I always pay very close attention to the service request, making sure I capture the problem or need .... while hearing what the need or symptoms are ! In general if your seeking services , generally it’s because the specific need is outside of typically 2 reasons ..... the uneducated and or lack of expertise in the field or not having the time to administer self service....
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended a 5 year apprenticeship coarse with IBEW local union #16 out of Evansville Indiana . I was accepted into the membership In January of 1999 Coarse requirements was 2800 hours of classroom work and 10,000 on the job training I graduated with more than 3200 class room hours and 14, 000 OTJ hours ...
