FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A final estimate cannot be determined until a personal inspection of the space has been conducted, an interview with the customer while taking into consideration primary objectives, and their budget. Our goal is to help the homeowner achieve a dry, moisture-free, healthy basement at the most reasonable and affordable cost to the homeowner. We do not attempt to "upsell" our customers to pay for work or items which may not be necessary to achieve a dry basement. Our prices are generally $1,000 - $2,000 less than our competitors. We require 30% down to begin a project. And yes, WE DO ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS. We meet or beat pricing of other competitors in the business.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will send you a generalized average quote for a typical 1,000 sq. ft. basement, the average cost for crawlspace encapsulation, and foundation crack repair. Then, we will set up an appointment for an inspection and provide you with a detailed quote for your space. We meet or beat pricing of other competition.
