Introduction: I have many years of experience with a well-known Pressure Washing company and continue to contract out my work with him, today. Now, I am able to give customers a more thorough one on one service with Ret-A-Vet. Something, I couldn't do previously because of the sheer numbers. Last year, Phillip came and washed our home BC my husband was too busy. That was the first time we had our house washed with no incidents. My husband called him back to strip and stain the deck. We had a good experience.

I bought a machine at home depot that couldn't reach the third floor. Ret-A-Vet's machine and equipment he used was able to reach and clean the very top of the house. A great worker with professional equipment.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Generally, one story homes are $100. Then by square ft: 1401-2100sq ft. $120, 2101-3000sq ft. $150, 3001 and up sq ft $180. Gutters are between $80-$150. Driveways are $30 per car length. Black streaks off gutters: one floor $80, 2 floors $120. Black streaks off the roof vary in condition. Decks also vary.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I give a 15-30 minute phone call before arriving. this is to confirm our appointment. when I arrive, introduce myself and do a walk through of any questions or concerns you may have. When we are on the same page, I will get to work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
straight after high school, I started working for a pressure washing company. Left after 2 years and joined the military. After the military, I did some college and came back to the same pressure washing company. To this day I continue to work with that same company as needed. In total, I have 6 yrs experience.
