Introduction: I was a teacher for 19 years working with middle school kids. I built a program called "Beauty's on the Inside" where I traveled to different middle schools discussing tolerance and school bullying. This was a program for teen girls to improve self-esteem and empowerment. I have now switch my program to "Live in Confidence" where I all boys and girls are welcome in my program. This program also allows me to speak to adults in group settings about tolerance, leadership, writing your own story and being your authentic self. With the teens we concentrate more on Tolerance, Self-Esteem, Healthy Relationships, Writing your own story and being authentic. My services stand out because I lived through the bullying, low-self esteem and grew up with a very diverse background being a survivor of child abuse and foster care. I wrote my own story. As an adult, I experience work place bullying and left a 19 year career to follow my dream of working with Youth and Adults in a much bigger way. I now have a schedule where I can travel and do speaking engagements. Life is good and I have been so blessed to share my passion with all of you. What I enjoy most about the work I do is the outcome. After working with my clients it is a feeling of accomplishment to see them apply the tools they have learned in my sessions to real life. I enjoy meeting the assortment of people and most of all I love helping you reach your goals.

30 Minute Free Phone Call to see if we are a fit. Once we determine our fit we will develop a 3 month program to get you to your next step in life.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
19 years of teaching. Certified Youth/Life Coach I work with struggling teens and adults facing life circumstances with bullying, divorce, sexuality, peer relationships, family issues, Adults struggling with life/work balance, not happy with career, struggling with a relationship with your child, struggling with yourself and where you are today. I also work on the fitness aspect of coaching as well. Being healthy also helps you have a healthy mind.
