- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer discounts for all military families (active or retired), all first responders (fire/PD/EMS), anyone active in the community (teachers, church groups, etc), and any rescue or adopted dog.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In most cases i recommend a private lesson/consultation to discuss your needs and goals. From there I will work with you to create a customized program.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working with animals my entire life. I moved into professional dog training about 6 years ago; working under a Master trainer at a bite quarantine center. I have since studied with a variety of different trainers to learn new methods and stay current with learning theory and research. I have become a certified trick dog trainer, and maintain professional memberships with both the Association of Professional Dog Trainers and the International Association of Canine Professionals.
