- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Multi-unit and HOA discounts available. Group discounts for neighbors getting work done on the same day are also available. Need a house wash in addition to a driveway or sidewalk cleaning; we can bundle those together at a discount as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is simple. After speaking with the customer to identify any special needs or concerns a formal estimate is sent for approval and a date/time is agreed upon for the cleaning. The day of the cleaning upon arrival to the customers location a tour of the property is done with the customer to walk them thru the process as well as identify any open windows, damaged siding/surfaces or anything that may be damaged by water or chemicals if left out during cleaning process. The cleaning will then take place and a final tour will be done with the customer to ensure they're satisfied before we leave. These property tours are of great value if they're able to do done. We realize not every customer is available for such a thing and therefore we can do the work but in these cases we still conduct the property tour and should an issue arise we notify the customer before beginning. Finally, a payment method is agreed upon and we're all set. Payments can be made in cash, check, e-check, free ACH transfer or credit cards online.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I spent the past 12 years in Environmental, Health and Safety management across many industries like Oil and Gas, Aerospace, manufacturing and even Amazon. I know what it takes to protect you and your families as well as the environment from issues related to chemicals used cleaning the exterior of home. That’s why we only use chemicals that are free of any solvents, phosphates, are low VOC and bio-degradable.
