FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While my pricing is often time competitive with my competitors, it is not necessarily the lowest on the market. That is because my work is also not the lowest on the market. By taking the time to do your project correctly and not cut corners, I am not able to offer some of the slashed prices that others may. Please keep this in mind when receiving estimates from contractors!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After reaching out to a customer, or vice versa, I will typically setup a site visit so we can review your expectations for the project. From that visit I will promptly generate an invoice to so we can get started ASAP!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I grew up in a handyman family, working on all sorts of projects around the house begrudgingly but ultimately growing the skills I would need to do this professionally. I was a caretaker for multiple farms, 3 Girl Scout Camps as a Ranger, and for the DoD as a Range and Camp Maintenance technician. Through the skills that I developed in these positions, I am able to offer you the top tier craftsmanship that you'll see shortly.
