Introduction: With over 30 years of professional culinary experience, you're going to love my personal chef service because I cook for you. I know how difficult it can be at times to prepare a nutritious meal for your family or yourself. Because of our busy lifestyles or lack of cooking skills we sacrifice our healthy eating habits in exchange for "fast food" restaurants and processed packaged meals. My goal is to to provide high quality and nutritionally balanced meals for my clients and their families. I am dedicated to creating meals that will be nutritious and delicious. I will work with you to learn your personal tastes, your likes and dislikes, and any special dietary needs. I'll prepare a variety of entrees and side dishes with easy-to-follow heating instructions. I also offer special-occasion services for small parties. Gift certificates are available for new moms, newlyweds, sick friends, housewarmings, anniversaries, birthdays, or just because you care.

5 stars for sure. Our company, Merrimac Communications, Merrimac, Wisconsin had Mitch Maier's company cater a Holiday Lunch for our 20 employees between Christmas and New Years. They had no idea what was in store for them and when Mitch entered and set up his buffet they were VERY IMPRESSED to say the least. The food was incredible, delicious and he served us like royalty. I know it is something they (and I) will talk about for some time. In fact, I will personally recommend him to a lot of people. That's the nice thing about being in the middle of several communities I've done business with...you get to know so many and have numerous connections. We can pass the word with pride and wish him continued success.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For 2 people X 5 meals ( 10 servings) = $15.00 per serving with side dish plus the cost of food.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin with an initial consultation using an assessment form. This allows me to learn the customers likes and dislikes as they pertain to food. Allergies, food intolerance's or other dietary constraints. Suggested entree list. Reserve the cook day.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Culinary Arts degree, Madison Technical College, Madison, WI BS Vocational Technical Teacher Education, Madison, SD I am Serve Safe certified, a member of the United States Personal Chef Association, the American Culinary Federation, and the ACF Mad City Chefs, Madison, WI
