- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very budget-minded. At AnythingElectronic, we understand the value of a dollar. We work closely with our customers to design and install the perfect solution for their specific home and budget. I am very competitive in the market, but also price for what I am worth as a professional. I am licensed and insured, and have over 5 years of professional experience. My quality and expertise can not be rivaled.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I acquire a new customer, a relationship is forged. I work closely with all of my customers to understand their needs and budget at the beginning of a project so there are no misunderstandings, incurred pricing, and frustrations. I listen to my customers and make professional suggestions based on my experience in the industry. Customer satisfaction is my priority.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With a 6 year military background, over 4 years of experience in the customer service industry, and certifications in low voltage and communications--I am the man for the job.
