I cant say enough about what a great job Francis did with servicing our Air Conditioner. In the thirteen years that we have lived in this home, we have never had someone do such a thorough job. He took the time to take apart the entire outer casing to clean it inside and out. We get this done every year, and no one has ever done that before. He made sure everything was running perfectly. Very knowledgeable and very professional. We highly recommend! *****

Amazing company, Michele was very attentive to ever call or text I sent and they went above and beyond to fix what can only be explained as shoddy electrical work from when the house was built. After finding a burned and melted socket that was under my sink(I would have never seen)for my disposal and dishwasher Francis stayed till 8 pm making sure that he didn't just make sure the socket was replaced and got power but actually fixed the wiring so that I never have to fear of an electrical fire. I can honestly say that for any other home improvements they will be my first and ONLY call!

We will come out and take measurements and pictures of the project. A contract will be written and signed before work begins. We always require a percentage of the total as a down payment. Full payment is due upon completion of the job.
