- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like for the customer to know me, and for me the know the customer. The first thing I'll do is try to meet the customer so I can understand their needs. This allows us to work together so their pool or spa can be a healthy, relaxing, and fun environment for their families.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been doing pool/spa maintenance and repair for about 5 years. I have taken my CPO (certified pool operator) certification. I go to all local pool education events to stay up to date on all the latest technologies and methods on the market.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure any Pool Professional you hire is licensed and insured. Many companies skip the insurance as it cuts into their profit and adds to their liability. Never hire someone who skimps on the safety of your pool and or property.
