FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I can tailor a pricing strategy for the individual needs of each business or person. I do not want price to dictate the amount of help a person can receive. Willingness of the client speaks louder than a dollar amount. We can work it out.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on how cut and dry or complicated the job is I like to first have a meeting via phone or in person about the actual need or goal. Once I get an idea of where the client in need stands, I put together a plan of action and present it in an in person second meeting. This plan of action will include prioritization, strategy and implementation. If the client likes what I put together then we come to an agreeable, affordable pricing structure to proceed. Again, some jobs are very cut and dry and some are more involved. I prefer to handle every job on a case by case basis depending on what the client ACTUALLY needs, not charge for something they will never use.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in retail sales for 15 years, managed for 10 of those years and owned my own business for 7. I hold an undergraduate degree in Management and an MBA in Management as well. I have had extensive sales training and trained many sales people. Empathy, discernment and knowing are my gifts.
