Introduction: I founded the Princeton Counseling and Parenting Center to help people develop specific skills to have the life that they want. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, a Certified Parent Educator and a Distance Credentialed Counselor. I am an experienced clinician with over 20 years working in the mental health and parent education fields. My areas of specialty include: Marital and Family Issues Parenting Divorce and Co-Parenting Therapy for Anxiety and Depression Learning Differences (ADHD, dyslexia, auditory processing disorder, executive function deficits, autism spectrum) Work and Career Issues Grief and Loss Self-esteem Issues Stress Management Life transitions My counseling style is warm, supportive, non-judgmental and motivating. I adhere to a Cognitive-Behavioral perspective and draw from a variety of methodologies and techniques that are most helpful for each individual. With compassion and understanding gained from experience, I help clients discover new ways to resolve a variety of challenges and bring more happiness and peace into their lives. I enjoy helping people change their past patterns. The best feeling is when my clients start believing in themselves and gain the confidence to make significant changes in their lives.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by the session. My sessions are typically 50 minutes
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After discussing some background information, I work with clients to develop specific goals for counseling. We work together toward these goals through a variety of methodologies including cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic, interpersonal therapy and experiential therapy.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my undergraduate degree from Cornell University in Statistics and my Masters from Rutgers University in Social Work. In the past, I worked for Jewish Family and Children's Service of Greater Mercer County and Trinity Counseling Service in Princeton, New Jersey. In addition, I am a Certified Parent Educator and Distance Credentialed Counselor.
