- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1st. step is a free inspection for damages on structure as cracks on sheetrock,brickwall or sticking doors. 2nd. step is an elevation reading using a compulevel (zip-level ) to determine unlevel areas 3rd. step in base of elevation reading and damage on structure we can proceed to the piers layout 4th. step is the proposal/contract fill out explaining the quantity of piers and location to solve the foundation problem. 5th. step is the exavation of designated area for pier installation followed for driving the push piers using a hydraulic 10000 psi sistem to reach bedrock or suitable stable ground to prevent additional settlement and lift as much as needed or structure will allow. after have the piers locked at the elevation required tnen we can go ahead with the backfill of excavated areas . last step cleaning,raking and the most important do not leave the property untill the homeowner is completly happy with the job recived.
