FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Due to State incentives and Federal rebates, there is no required investment to go solar. You can start saving money as soon as your system is installed and turned on without paying anything out of pocket.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially I will qualify the home for solar and complete a preliminary design that will be emailed to the homeowner to review. From there an appointment can be set up to visit the home and answer any questions. We will also prepare a set of engineered design plans based off of Satellite data to verify the efficiency and sun exposure of the solar system. We do all of this with no obligation to the homeowner to determine that going solar is logical for them. If everything appears logical to proceed we can move forward with the homeowners permission and file for the state incentive and utility interconnection.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In the past I worked for Northeast Utility as an electrician at Middletown Station Power Plant and Millstone Nuclear Power Plant. I have an extensive background in the electrical field covering residential, commercial, and industrial applications
