- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since our menu is forever changing and that we offer a wide range of services, we don't have just a standard pricing sheet. We do make sure though that all our pricing is upfront when we speak with you. We also never charge extra for delivery, setup, cleanup or things to that nature. We quote you one price for everything.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically prefer to talk with our customers over the phone or in person before booking any event that way we can make sure that everything is covered for your event. We like to always make sure that our customers get the best service and exactly what they want.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in the catering and mobile food business since 2013 and have done events from small outdoor BBQ's to large scale concerts were we have fed over 4,000 people. Most of us have been cooking for over 15 years.
