Introduction: With a shared passion to help our family and friends find their dream homes, my husband Darrell and I entered the real estate business starting The Rogers Team. As our business grew, Darrell accepted an offer to be the Assistant Team Leader at Keller Williams North Country, and that left me without a partner. I realized that in order to provide the same great level of service, I needed help. This is how The Rogers Team evolved as we know it today.
One by one, we added agents that shared our same values and commitment. That commitment is to provide the very best experience possible, by taking care of our clients and friends the way we would want to be taken care of. Sometimes transactions can be very emotional and challenging, but we aim to shield our clients from ever seeing just how challenging it actually is.

Lisa Rogers and the Rogers team helped us to list, sell our home, and purchase a new one. Lisa and Darrell are the most down to earth and reliable agents I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. From the day that we met my wife and I felt like we were just getting reacquainted with old friends. Buying a home is tricky enough when you trying to sell one and move into the new one but Lisa and her team made it all a breeze, answered all my question and walked me thru the whole process!

I don’t even know where to start! I was working with a different realtor who just did not give me the sense that anything can be possible. Lisa was recommended to me by a few people and I am so happy I made the switch. She was there every time I wanted to see a house and made the best negotiations possible to get me in the right one! She is absolutely amazing!
