Introduction: WOW your guests! We have a very popular full service restaurant in Pulaski, NY. We specialize in both drop off and on-site catering with our full service concession trailer. We can also customize a menu for your specific needs. We're very flexible and willing to accommodate. We have handled events of 20 to 300 attendees with many customers booking multiple times. In our opinion that's the true measurement of success! Most importantly, our food is delicious!! We have won multiple State and Regional "Best of" awards.
Feeding people is a passion of ours. Nothing is more satisfying to hear a customer say "That is the best .... I've ever had".

The food at the LD's Roadshow truck is amazing! The burgers & sandwiches are freshly prepared & as good the actual restaurant, LD's Alehouse! I highly recommend them for your next outdoor party or catering event!
