FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I generally try to keep my pricing affordable. I get 100% of material cost, what you pay for materials is what I charge for labor. I'm trying to make a living, not a fortune.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
That depends a great deal on the customer. I like people, all types. Well almost everyone hahahahah. The golden rule of business is "the customer is aways right". But in this line of work, that is not always the case. My natural affinity for people allows me to remain courteous even to the most abrasive of personalitys. Im about as easy-going and even tempered as they come. I simply enjoy meeting new people and getting to know them for a short time. And I leave them a small part of me in the work when I leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
5 yrs of woodshop in high-school, two yrs of structural engineering in college and almost 40 yrs of hands-on training.
