10/10 amazing experience. Angela was a great resource, and I would like to sing her praises. Leading up to our wedding day she made herself available at any given moment, text, email, phone calls, she responded to every question or concern within the hour. We met for no less than half a dozen times, where we discussed everything from design ideas, etiquete, timelines, budget, rentals, contracts, and honestly the who/what/when/where/and why of OUR wedding. She knew all the right questions to ask to help us turn our thoughts into reality. Before we knew it our wedding day was in a week. Everything was in place, and it just needed to happen. This is where she shines. Angela wrangled everyone from the wedding party, the photographer, the rental deliveries, the venue personel, i mean everyone. She made sure they all knew exeactly what their jobs were, and that they were there to do them. I was completely hands off for this last week before the wedding and it made the process so much less stress. On the big day she ran it like a Swiss watch. Everything ran seamlessly, period. Our expectations were high, and they were blown out of the water. Thank you a million times over Angela. We couldn't have done it without yoi.

I highly recommend Blue Wings Wedding & Events. Angela was amazing ! My daughter had her wedding at the Kitsap Memorial State Park in August 2016. Angela is such a wonderful wedding planner that it was basically worry free. As being mother-of-the-bride, you usually have to worry about everything. Throughout the planning process, Angela was attentive, organized and resourceful. She helped to alleviate any additional stress leading up to the wedding by providing helpful tips and resources to keep my daughter and now son-in-law on track for their big day. She took the reigns on their rehearsal day and made sure all of the wedding party knew exactly what they were doing, and made it fun and enjoyable throughout. On my daughters wedding day, I knew that I had absolutely nothing to stress about because Angela was there to make sure everything was perfect with every little detail through every step of the way. There are not enough words to describe how grateful we are for Angela being part of our daughters special day. We will definitely have her plan our second daughters wedding in the near future. We couldn't have done it without her.

I held a backyard wedding reception for my only daughter. Everything just had to be perfect! All the details needed to take care of 130 guests were thought of from the time the arrived throughout the evening. Little areas to sit beneath the fruit trees, bestro tables in the garden. Toasting the couple where all could hear and see. I was able to totally focus on my guests as Angela focused on the party details. What a wonderful way to host!

I would like to commend Ms. Angela Strecker of Blue Wings Events for the excellent job done when planning and executing my daughter’s wedding. Ms. Strecker had some novel ideas for the toasts and for the final send-off of the newly married couple which were captured in our hearts, as well as, on film. As a designer I recently was involved in all the preplanning of my clients beautiful wedding. However when it came down to the day of the event and dealing with all the details of running the event, I panicked! Angela was hired to be our "day of organizer". There wasn't a detail that didn't come off flawless! Angela truly is an angel and was an invaluable asset to the event!

Meet via Skype or in person for 1 hour complementary meeting to discuss the event and needs.

16 years of managing corporate and private events on the west coast and New York. We've done dozens of weddings and hundreds of business events including weddings with over 200 people and events with over 600.
