Introduction: All of my prices are on my website! I have a lot of experience as a DJ and musician. I've played piano and entertained for 20 years and DJ'd for 17. I have well over 200 weddings under my belt and 3 times as many birthday parties, events and corporate functions. With a name and website as simple as mine "a basic DJ", I've gotten the most calls. I DJ 24-7-365. It isn't something I just do on the weekend out of my garage. I have experience and knowledge of all music. I do Latin parties with 100's of people in one day and a 50th anniversary the next. One day, I do a family event like a baptism and the next day I am in an elementary school for their graduation. One weekend, i might have a sweet sixteen party on Friday, a wedding on Saturday and a children's party, complete with games, on Sunday. I am a chameleon. One wedding might want all French music and the next may want top 40, whatever the client wants. I'll say it again, whatever the client wants. Song lists are welcome, and I am completely okay with making announcements. But I am not glib, and I will not talk through the music. I hate that.
