Introduction: I offer multiple classes in both yoga and pilates. I am a 500 ERYT yoga teacher certified under the Yoga Alliance and a Yoga Therapist as well. I offer yoga therapy classes for all levels. I am currently offering teacher training for those who wish to develop a new lifestyle or a new career. My classes are suitable for all levels. I will come to your home for private sessions. My teacher training is being offered at Good Karma Yoga Studio in St. Augustine. I hope I can help you with your fitness goals
