- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
yes and no. I try and work with a customers budget whenever possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a detailed phone call or a face to clface meeting well in advance of the event to ensure we are all in the same page, get a feel for the vibe of the people hiring me, their friends and family and how to best meet thier needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
decades of actually doing various events has been my education. 18 years on the air in radio helped as well..
