- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most tax returns (personal or business) as based on a fixed priced which varies with the complexity of the return. Bookkeeping rates again depending on complexity of accounting can range from $35-$50/hr. The company does offer discounts for referrals that commit to do business together at $25/committed referral up to the cost of your fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new customers I required of the taxpayer's prior year tax return/records along with any other pertinent bio information and a brief tax questionnaire.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduated with bachelors in accounting from Temple University Fox School of Business. Have applied for enrolled agent status
