- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Due to the customization of each painting project, we do not have a standard pricing system.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet and greet is key and typical in our process. This time allows for a thorough walk through of the project at hand and allows questions to be answered on the spot. Once this takes place as a contractor I will have all necessary information to provide an accurate estimate which will then be sent via email. If customer opts to proceed, approval will be given and an agreement will be be made for invoicing to proceed and project completions will take place.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Besides over a decade of experience, I am a licensed painting contractor per the state of Arizona, therefore all requirements to prove knowledge and practice in the trade have been fulfilled.
