- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We send all of our estimates out in QuickBooks. After the client decides on what they want, we then send an invoice and go to contract . Our contract lays out terms on payment, in which progress payments are paid at various stages of the project . A contract is used so there are no misunderstandings, and both parties mutually agree upon the payment terms and it is put in writing for their project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with the client first and then go over what they envision. Get plans in writing , finalize and create a timeline and then go to contract .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
General contractor's residential B license. Numerous years of remodeling experience . New home build and design experience . Can read and go off blueprints . Mold and remediation experience . Fix and Flip for investors over 100 homes in the past 5 years.
