- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based off of materials necessary for job and potential time the project is estimated to take.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I will ask plenty of questions to get an idea as to what the customer may be experiencing. After the initial interview is completed I will examine both the attic and the basement to find evidence as to what type of pest they may have in there home. Once I have collected all the evidence I will apply my knowledge of the target to capture and relocate as well as prevent teen try from other unwanted pests.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors of science in business 16 years of construction experience, 15 years of animal handling and removal experience.
