- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
price is can be vary for different job,I always charge less than other company, and I like to give customer extra service .I never charge extra money, save money and finish the project in the great way for customer is my goal. Use top quality products is my first choice
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
phone call or text first. We will want to hear what customer has to say,make sure we are the right pro they want to talk,Then we travel to customer's city do the job site estimation, make sure all info is correct.negotiate the final price and all details, schedule the starting date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
worked for a lot of fencing company to gain my own experiences for over 15 years, graduated from university of architecture , have bachelor degree. expertise in fencing ,hardscape etc.
