I was a victim of the arctic air this past weekend (February 2023), and had a burst pipe. Chris responded within 30 minutes of my request, gave me a choice of same day but later at night or the next morning. He was prompt once he was able to get up to me, was quick (done in an hour!) even in an awkward spot, and was worth every Penny for a Sunday emergency visit. Highly recommend!

Chris got back to me right away and new exactly what the problem was by the description I gave. Squeezed me in and sent someone out the next morning to fix the valve on my water heater. The price was GREAT as well. Fired my previous plumber who was charging way more for something he installed. Will definitely use again for garbage disposal placement when I do kitchen remodel and keep on hand.
