Introduction: I am a certified professional life coach and relationship coach with over 15 years in coaching and training. I have worked with hundreds of women and men, from one-on-one sessions to small groups and large audiences. As a passionate speaker, I am known for my no-nonsense approach and for getting to "the root" of the matter. I have taken my mess and turned it into a message for all to hear and to be inspired to not give up, to keep hope and to change now. I am a collaborative, solution-focused life coach. Through this approach, I provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. I also integrate coaching techniques and helpful assignments to offer a highly personalized program tailored to you. With compassion and understanding, I work with you to help build on your strengths and attain the personal growth that you are committed to achieving. Growing up as the daughter of a hardworking, dedicated father and loving mother, I understand the importance of giving back. I watched my parents give unselfishly to our family and neighbors. As I have grown, I have committed to helping others, particularly women, uncover the best of themselves so that they may help change the world around them. Until we are on the road to completeness, it is difficult for us to see those who need our help.
