Initially the contact was VERY professional with Jeffrey Lee. His first service was excellent. He was very anxious for me to give a review, which I did gladly. The second service was fine.
Then issues started. Jeff's number disconnected. Had to track him down on Facebook to find out he "got a new phone".
Within another month, phone disconnected again.
Received contact from his mom through Thumbtack that she was his business partner and Jeff had moved back to Oklahoma so she was sending out her younger son Justin to take over the job.
Jeff left the last service promising in writing via text to trim our bushes, as they'd been skipped two services in a row.
Now, promises from his mom that her younger son Justin would take over the service as agreed, I was assured he was dependable.
Justin contacted us, said he would respect the price and service agreement in place. Even took pictures of the bushes that needed attention.
That was the conclusion of his professionalism. Justin made a quick rush to mow, kick the pine cones in the flower beds, didn't trim the bushes. Left a messy rushed job.
Their is a lack of work ethic and dependability that cannot be justified with affordability.
I tried to reach the business partner/mother to report what occured and never received a response.
After all the excuses and lack of dependability I do NOT recommend this service.

Jeff is very responsive to messages, respectful, and punctual. Lets you know exactly when he will arrive which was greatly appreciated. Went above and beyond to make sure our lawn was tidied, removing pine cones, even trimming out a couple of dead bushes and overgrowth. Great attitude and work ethic. Plan to continue to use his services every other week for regular lawn care maintenance. Highly recommend.
