- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is very simple. We just need a basic assessment of what the issue your having is. After that we need to gather your general information (phone number, address, ect) so we can communicate with you. We believe that great communication is very important so we extend ourselves out to you very openly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have veteran technicians with up to 20 years of experience and training
