What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$79 plus chemicals is standard for Biweekly, Monthly. $79 includes chemicals for Weekly customers
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask questions upfront to learn more about the pool owners pool and challenges they are facing. We then discuss options for how to best keep their pool cannonball ready!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified Pool Technician and each van has a Certified Pool Operator.
