Great experience - from initial meeting and purchase to installation. The guys were all very knowledgeable, super nice and very accommodating. I was watching my sister's puppy at the time and they even tried to minimize the noise of the drill so as not to terrify him. Maybe a tiny bit more expensive with upfront costs than the national companies - but definitely worth every penny.
