Introduction: Attorney Chris Dozier is a former Wake County Prosecutor and Criminal Defense Attorney with the courtroom experience your case deserves. While a Prosecutor, Chris was tasked with running the Wake County DWI courtroom for nearly two (2) years in addition to handling hundreds, if not thousands, of impaired driving trials and pretrial hearings both before the District and Superior Count Bench and Juries. Since leaving the DA's Office in 2014, Attorney Dozier has represented thousands of clients in all types of criminal and traffic cases. Chris has successfully defensed clients charged with felonies, misdemeanors, domestic violence, drug, DWI/DUI and other criminal offenses.
