After moving across the, I noticed that the home security industry is strong out in California. I didn't know much about an alarm system at all, so i called the big name companies, ADT Bay Alarm, Protection 1 and Vivant. I wasn't sure what I was in for. After meeting with those companies, I was referred to Mijac Alarm from a few of my colleagues. Being in the service industry myself, customer service is a huge thing for me. From the sales manager that walked me through the process to the installation department to the service department, I have never had a problem getting in contact with them when I have an question.
